11/7: "Catalytic Leadership for Challenging Times"

Seattle Presbytery

With Brenda Salter McNeil, Associate Professor of Reconciliation Studies; Director of Reconciliation Studies

In difficult times, Christian leaders are often called upon to give perspective and guidance to the communities they serve. Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil will provide practical ideas for how church leaders can do just that. Using Acts 2 as a point of reference, she will challenge the audience at Seattle Pacific University’s autumn Church Leaders Forum http://spu.edu/events/church-leaders-forum-2012/ to relevantly engage the culture in the midst of confusing and disorienting societal events.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of racial ethnic and gender reconciliation, Dr. McNeil was recently named by Christianity Today as one of the top 50 women to watch for in her work shaping the church and culture. Please join us for this very special event.
