“Surprising Paths to the Kingdom of God”

Featuring Robert C. Dykstra
Charlotte W. Newcombe Professor of Pastoral Theology at Princeton Theological Seminary

Over the course of this special weekend together, we will explore a number of texts from the Gospel of Luke that hint of often unnoticed and usually unexpected paths to an experience of the Kingdom of God in our lives. These involve paying keen atten- tion to the artistic imaginations of even the youngest children in our midst as well as to the child still living within us (Friday night); to the needs of individual persons even

at times over our concerns for the larger community (Saturday morning); and to our sometimes radical and even subversive desire to give God thanks and praise (Sunday morning).
