The Synod of Alaska-Northwest is inviting you to a one-day training event where you will have the opportunity to learn the tools that it takes to build your church website. You will learn DotNetNuke (DNN), the web development platform used for Synod-hosted websites. This class has something to offer churches who:

  • Want to create a new website using DNN;
  • Have a DNN site, but need help getting started, or need a new look;
  • Would like to transfer your existing site to the Synod-hosted system.*

We now offer 3 “templates” to choose from that are designed around the look, layout, and content of a church website. By starting out with one of our templates, you’ll be well on your way to having a working website by the end of the day!

*The Synod offers free web-hosting for all of our Family Chapel and Pastoral-sized churches (churches with an average attendance of up to 250 people). The only cost to the congregation is the cost of maintaining a domain name.
