The Synod will pay costs for four (4) representatives from each presbytery to attend this training. The training is open to all, however the costs for additional attendees are to be covered by the individual or other sources. Costs include lodging, meals, transportation, and mileage. Facility rental fees, training supplies, materials, and other support services (i.e. AV equipment, etc.) will be covered by the event sponsors.
Best Western Lake Front Hotel is offering queen and king size beds (all rooms are the same per night) for $70.00 per night. This facility is approximately one mile from the Moses Lake Church. Ground transportation will be arranged for those who request it per the registration form. The gauge for food cost expense is predicated on the Synod authorized per diem (breakfast - $10; lunch - $14, dinner - $22).
