When our community faces traumatic events, the Seattle Police department depends on Community Chaplains to come to the scene and care for the loved ones while the officers attend to the details that are required.
The SPD is planning a Q&A session prior to the training on February 22nd, at the main West Precinct (810 Virginia St.) from 2pm to 4pm. Applications and background information forms will be distributed at this Q&A. The training itself is scheduled for March 22nd to the 25th, from 8am to 4pm in the Southwest Precinct (Webster & Delridge Streets in West Seattle). If you have any questions, contact Chaplain John K. Oas at 206.684.8906.
